For Love and Relationships:
"5 Love Languages" by Dr. Gary Chapman
This helps you show love in more meaningful ways, better understand your partner, have deeper intimacy, and to avoid relationship-ending types of misunderstandings.
For Life in General:
"Master Time, Master Your Life" by Brian Tracy
This is a to-the-point conglomeration of a variety of books like “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill or “the 4 Hour Work Week” by some guy. It skips the fluff and worthless anecdotes. It also touches on mindfulness and law of attraction to manifest your dreams. This book saves you the time and hassle of reading a billion others on the topic.

"ADD-Friendly Ways to Organize Your Life" by Judith Kolberg and Dr. Kathleen Nadeau
Everyone I know that has read this, regardless of whether they have an ADD or ADHD diagnosis, has LOVED IT. This book not only helps you overcome your procrastination issues and your organizational fuck ups, BUT it explains why and how your brain is designed to fuck you over. You’ll love this, I swear.

For Your Home and Your Emotions:
"Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up" by Marie Kondo
I have been raving about this book for years. When Netflix came out with their Marie Kondo series I got a trillion text messages letting me know. I watched the show and wasn’t a fan. If you watched it too and didn’t love it, that’s okay you’ll still LOVE the book. The book is truly magical and transformative. It’s surprisingly spiritual and truly does help you let go of what you don’t need; both in terms of things you own, but in feelings and relationship attachments as well.
For Leisure with a side of life-lessons that will apply to your own life:
"Maybe You Should Talk to Someone" by Lori Gottlieb
This was not only awesome to listen to because it was entertaining, but it humanizes therapists; which might be helpful in attaining therapy when a barrier is being afraid of judgment. It contains little nuggets of wisdom and reminds us that all humans have insecurities and struggles.
